School changes

Dear Parents,

We are excited to provide updates and changes happening at Nagoya English School.

First and foremost, thank you for your feedback.  We deeply value the effort you all make in providing us with the guidance needed to make English class better for everyone.  We have listened closely and are working hard to enhance and improve our overall service.  We are extremely grateful to have such wonderful, engaged students and parents.

We are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand-new website, NagoyaEnglishSchool.com. This updated platform has been designed with you and your child’s needs in mind, providing a more comprehensive and user-friendly experience.

We have streamlined our communication channels to ensure you are always informed and up-to-date. You can now find a detailed calendar of our events and activities, making it easier for you to plan and participate in the enriching experiences we have in store. We will be updating the schedule regularly on the website, NagoyaEnglishSchool.com.  Each month, we will have the current month and the following month’s schedule available and will be happy to take any scheduling conflicts into consideration at any time.

As part of our commitment to providing you with the best possible service, we have implemented a more relaxed and flexible refund policy to assist with the requested upfront payments starting in September. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to make adjustments to your child’s schedule. Moving forward, we will work closely with you to find the best solution, whether that means rescheduling a class or processing a refund. If you foresee any scheduling conflicts, please inform us by emailing [email protected] and we will do our best to find a solution that works for everyone.

One of the proposed features of our new website will be the introduction of a dedicated parent portal. This secure section will allow you to easily access important information about your child’s progress, including real-time updates on their performance, class schedules, and upcoming events. We hope to have this feature ready in the near future.
